[OPLINLIST] Looking for a book

Hi-We have a patron looking for a book she read in Middle School in the
early-mid 1990s.  It had a yellow cover with a girl with one leg riding
a bicycle.  It was a true story about a girl whose leg was amputated and
went on to become a bike racer.  She thinks the book was new at the time
but doesn't know if it was a juvenile, YA, or adult.  If anyone has any
info, please let me know.  Thanks.
