The Garnet A. Wilson Public Library of Pike County is seeking candidates 
for Fiscal Officer. Successful candidate will possess experience in 
public finance administration with previous college or work experience 
in accounting, business, or public administration, or any equivalent 
combination of experience. Knowledge of government bookkeeping, 
accounting and computer operations; ability to plan, schedule and 
organize work; prepares meaningful, concise and accurate reports; 
communicates effectively in written and oral forms; knowledge of 
accounting and payroll functions; and professional and personal 
integrity are required. The library operates under cash basis 
accounting, but GAAP-like reporting is also required. A complete job
