[OPLINLIST] ebay and how to web page

Hello, we have been having some patrons ask about our library having 
some computer classes. For example how to buy and sell on ebay, and how 
to set up a web page. Does anyone out in library world have any 
suggestions on who to get? We all know about all the cuts going on, so 
our funds are limited, any suggestions?
