[OPLINLIST] New Fiscal Officer at Minerva Public Library

            Minerva Public Library is pleased to announce that Kelly J.
Boggs has accepted the position of Fiscal Officer to succeed Lisa Stroup who
will retire on June 27.  Lisa has served as Clerk-Treasurer since 1997 and
has been integral to the continued growth and success of the Library; her
attention to detail, comprehensive understanding of fiscal activities,
pursuit of efficiency, and good humor  have been great assets.  She has said
on several occasions that this job is the best she ever had, but that she is
also looking forward to retirement.  We wish her well and welcome Kelly
aboard.
