As previously announced (http://www.oplin.org/new.php) the statewide
subscription to Encyclopedia Britannica will be replaced by World
Book starting July 1. World Book is making a special offer to all
public libraries, as detailed below -- libraries who currently have
subscriptions to World Book online should pay special attention.

31, there is a "Spring Budget Booster" sale which means a 20%
discount on all print products.  This discount is off the regular
price (not the online subscriber price) and, in some cases, is less
than the online subscriber price.  After May 31, use the online
