[OPLINLIST] Linking to OPLIN after July 1

As you probably know, there are going to be a lot of changes to the OPLIN
website and databases starting July 1.

For those of you who put direct links to OPLIN on your website, you can find
a list of link changes at http://oplin.org/linking.html

As you will see from that document, we don't have all of the links for the
new vendors set up yet; as we get those done, we'll announce them.
