[OPLINLIST] quality of key cards

I know key cards are popular but what is their durability, especially if the
library is adding their own barcodes?  I realize the pre-printed barcodes
would last longer, but what is their compatibility with your circ system?
Do you order the key cards, with a regular library card, or just the key
cards?  How much do you charge for replacement cards? What vendor did you
use?  You can reply off list, and I can compile answers and post later.
