[OPLINLIST] New OPLIN spam filter

All,

As of 10:00 AM today, OPLIN has implemented some 
new measures to help keep spam out of your inbox. 
If all goes well, it should reduce the amount of
spam received by a large margin.

With this new filtering system in place, we will 
be turning off the SpamAssassin daemon, so header 
filters will no longer be required on your
client end. (Although if they are already in 
place, you don't need to remove them.)
