[OPLINLIST] Need Help Quick

Hello all:
We have a PAC being formed and the treasurer is now at the bank trying to
open an account. The bank wants the library's tax id exemption number. Our
FO is reluctant since the PAC is not part of the library. Please advise
ASAP!
