Requirements:

Due to retirement, the Troy-Miami County Public Library seeks a
full-time Fiscal Officer to manage its financial operations, including
the Library's $2 million annual budget and investments. 

Qualifications 

*	Bachelor's degree in business/finance or accounting or related
field or equivalent experience. 
*	GFOA certification or able to be certified
*	Three to five years of progressive accounting experience 
*	Knowledge of CMI software and governmental fund accounting
experience 
*	Knowledge of modified cash basis of accounting and capable of
presenting OCBOA reports 
*	Previous computer accounting, budgeting experience in public
finance administration required with governmental or public library fund
accounting experience 
*	Pre-employment tests may be administered 
*	Able to be bonded and pass a background check
