[OPLINLIST] NEO-RLS T1 Line is down

Hello:

 

On behalf of Bill Martino, director of NEO-RLS,  I want to inform you that
NEO's T1 line is down; therefore their website www.neo-rls.org is not
working at this time.  Additionally, they host SERLS CE website,
http://ce.serls.org therefore it is down too.  If you need to register for
NEO or SERLS events, please wait for the websites to be restored or contact
NEO at (330) 847-7744 or SERLS at
