[OPLINLIST] Help with book title

Hello all!
I was hoping you guys could help us identify a book a patron asked us 
about this afternoon.  It's about a little girl whose parents get a 
divorce and then buy her a sailboat named Chip with a red sail so they 
can see her when she's on the water in it.
Any ideas?
