[OPLINLIST] Chat reference

Hello!

 

I would like to hear from libraries that are providing chat reference,
especially those libraries who are using free resources, such as Meebo.
Specifically, I would like to know:

 

1.        What software/interface you are using?



2.       Pros?



3.       Cons?



4.       How do you advertise this service?



5.       Approximate Stats (how many patrons use this service?)



6.       Staffing issues/concerns for chat reference?



7.       Hours offered?



8.       And any other comments you would like to add.
