[OPLINLIST] NEO affected by DS3 Outage.

[OPLIN Support Center]

NEO is currently impacted by a DS3 outage.  This means the services that 
NEO provides are currently not available.  OPLIN is working with OIT and 
AT&T to isolate the problem and get the service restored as soon as 
possible.  At this time we do not have an estimated time of repair.
