[OPLINLIST] NoveList Access

Although the statewide subscription to NoveList is scheduled to end on
June 30, I have just received word from EBSCO that they are going to
extend NoveList access through July 31st. This will give them time to
transition libraries that are purchasing NoveList to their new contracts.
