If you are free this morning and are in the Perrysburg area, the governor and VP Biden will be at the Willard & Kelsey Solar Plant this morning at 11:00.  The address is 1775 Progress Dr.  If you can greet him with Save Our Libraries signs, it would be great.  There will be TV coverage of the event.
