Public Relations Learning Group--Using Merchandising to Promote
Programs

Tell a colleague <http://www.neo-rls.org/ce/emailevent.cfm?ID=796>

 	 Program Date: 11/10/2009

 	 Program Time: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m

 	 Speaker:
Wendy Bartlett, Collection Development Coordinator, Cuyahoga County
Public Library

 	 Program Description:
Now more than ever, programming needs to serve the maximum number of
patrons. With budget cuts and less staff, how can you get the word out?

Wendy Bartlett, Collection Development Coordinator with CCPL, will be
leading an interactive discussion on displays that work (and ones that
don't), and other critical "point of sale" strategies you can be using
to promote programming at your library.

This will be followed by a roundtable discussion. Bring marketing
pieces, new PR initiatives and any concerns or issues that you would
like the group to help you solve.

This will be a videoconference.
