[OPLINLIST] 2009-10 Statewide Public Library Salary Survey

Hello all,

 

There is still time for your library to participate in the 2009-10
Statewide Public Library Salary Survey.  If your library has already
participated this year we thank you, if your library has not we would
like to encourage you to do so. Participation is free and provides your
library access to this valuable tool for library planning and budgeting.


 

Features of this survey allow your library to:

*         Compare the experience, education, and average salaries of
library staff across the state.

*         Select a group of libraries and analyze salary trends over the
past ten years. 

*         Compare a group of libraries based on size.

*         Compare any pieces of information from a group of libraries
which you select.

NEO will be collecting data until November 30, 2009 after which NEO will
compile the results of this survey and make them available in electronic
form to participants starting December 1, 2009.  If your library has
participated in the past, you have received information via email for
this year's participation.  If you have not received an email or have
not participated but would like to participate please contact the
NEO-RLS Office at (330) 847-7744 or email Shawn Walsh

that only those libraries submitting salary data will be able to access
the results of the survey.
