[OPLINLIST] Interlibrary loan fee survey

Good morning,

My library is in the information gathering stage of a policy decision. If
your library charges a fee to patrons for Interlibrary loan requests, could
you please reply to me with the amount of the fee? Any other anecdotal
information you may have regarding the fees would also be helpful.
