[OPLINLIST] meeting room charges

Hello list~ We have a community room that we allow non-profit groups to use for free. For those of you who allow use of your community/meeting room for a fee, how much do you charge? Do you charge for everyone, or just for-profit groups? And what do the users get, kitchen privileges, coffee machine use, etc.?  Thanks for your input!
