Speaker: 
Andrew Sanderbeck is a recognized expert trainer, coach and consultant
on leadership and team development, customer service and developing
cohesive management teams. He has owned and operated both retail and
manufacturing businesses and has taken his life experiences of working
with and owning his companies and turned them into gems of applicable
knowledge for his clients. Andrew presents for audiences both
domestically and internationally conducting training classes in the
Caribbean, Europe and the Far East. 

 

Program Description:
The key to a successful fundraising program is a synergistic
relationship between development (fundraising) professionals, volunteers
and library administration and staff. The ingredients of this
partnership are a commitment to shared goals and an atmosphere of trust
and respect that fosters a dynamic exchange of information between these
groups. 

For many libraries, volunteers are the driving force behind fundraising
programs. To help you to decide what type of fundraising team to build
for your library, there is one fundamental question that you must

webinar will help you answer that question and many more.
