[OPLINLIST] Donation of materials

[Delphos Library]

Hi,

We have had patrons donate books and request a receipt naming an amount for the donations.  Does anyone have a policy covering this?  Do you use a set amount for hardbacks, paperbacks, DVDs, etc.?
I appreciate any help you can give me.
