[OPLINLIST] Skype Policies

I would like to hear from libraries that are providing the equipment for
patrons to use Skype at the library.  Do you have time limits?  Do you have
a Skype account for the Library or do they use their own personal account?
Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
