[OPLINLIST] Meeting room use after hours

Good Morning:

 

Our library is revising its meeting room policy.  One consideration that is
being made is to allow groups to use the rooms outside of library hours, but
with a fee to pay the staff that remains in the building to assure the
building gets locked and alarmed properly after the meeting ends.

 

Is there a library that does this?  If so, can you answer a few questions:

 

1.	How much do you charge?  Is it hourly or one-time?

 

2.	How many staff members do you have stay in such situations?

 

3.	How often is this option actually used?
