[OPLINLIST] Data Security Standard policies

I have been searching for sample policies related to the security of personal information and payment cards, particularly as they apply to ORC 1347 and PCI-DSS.  If any library has a policy they can share, please send it to me off list. My interest is in both the personnel and data security aspects of those issues.
