Another option is self-paced learning. Web junction has some really good
articles under Technology  http://www.webjunction.org/office-applications 
There does not appear to be any 2010 training yet, but there are 2007, 2003,
& 2000 articles.

We had a trainer come in from the local career center.
They were very good, had official Microsoft handouts, and obviously were
used to teaching workshops.
