The Summer Reading Program survey described below is now open at

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/srpeval2010

Please complete this evaluation at the end of your library's SRP. I
will send reminders on OPLINlist and the Library Youth Services list.

This survey is for all public libraries in Ohio offering a SRP this
summer, regardless of the theme used or age group(s) served. One
response per library system is requested. If individual library outlets
within a system offer independent programs, each outlet may complete the
survey.

Please save the link now, & preview the survey if you like. Don't fill
it out until your SRP is finished. I hope everyone is having a great
summer & a terrific SRP!

Sincerely,

Janet

Subject: [OPLINLIST] Summer Reading Program survey preview

Please excuse multiple postings.

The State Library asks all Ohio public libraries to report on their
summer reading programs at program's end. The information you will
provide is critical. Your responses to this survey will help the State
Library, Regional Library Systems, cooperating state agencies, and the
Collaborative Summer Library Program to provide helpful resources and
support for future summer reading programs.

The survey will be made available in June. A link will be posted to
OPLINlist and the Library Youth Services list. Please make sure a
person at your library is responsible for completing the survey (one per
library system, unless individual outlets run independent summer reading
programs).

Below is a summary of the questions on the survey. Please review these
questions and track SRP participation and activities accordingly. This
is not the actual survey! Please do not send any SRP information to
State Library at this time. However, you're welcome to contact me with
any questions.

Just a couple weeks till SRP. Good luck, have fun, & make a splash!

Sincerely,
Janet
