Hi Sandy,
Yes we accept debit or credit cards as long as it's Visa or Mastercard, at
WPL we allow patrons to pay at the self checkout machines using a CC swipe
though our ILS "we have III and we use Express lane", also patrons can pay
fines online as well. In addition to that you can allow donations online if
you wish.

You can choose to implement one or both but either options you will need to
setup a paypal merchant account. "You will need some bank info from your
fiscal officer during the setup process"

Would you share with our library your means of taking in fines? Do you 
accept debit cards......use PayPal? If so, how do you begin the process
