[OPLINLIST] Vintage Photo Album Repair

We have a patron who purchased a photo album in Japan while he served in 
the military about 50 years ago.  The album is in desperate need of 
repair, and we do not want to risk ruining it more.  Does anyone have a 
suggestion as to where he might go to have this repaired in the Central 
Ohio region?
