[OPLINLIST] Self-service holds...

Hello friends on OPLINlist and PUBYAC,

We are small to medium-sized library and are investigating the idea of doing 
self-service holds with our patrons.  We are interested in the following 
information:

*  What libraries out there do self-service holds?
*  If you do, what are best practices for it?
*  What are any problems you have encountered?
