[OPLINLIST] E-mail from ccinventions.com

I've received word that many Ohio public libraries have received an 
e-mail from "scott at ccinventions.com" with the subject "Donation of new 
computers to your library." It is my understanding that these computers 
would be donated with the understanding that you will charge patrons 
that want to use them. If that is the case, and the computers are 
connected to your OPLIN Internet connection, it would be a violation of 
the Policy on Public Library Use of OPLIN 
(http://oplin.org/content/policy-public-library-use-oplin), specifically 
item 3 in the last section of the policy.
