The enclosed information targets teachers who bring their students to the 
Kelton House Museum for the Underground Railroad Learning Station programs, 
but we thought it would be interesting to you members.

The Kelton House Museum and Garden is offering a workshop on Saturday, 
October 30, 2010 from 9:45 a.m. - 12 Noon. 
Participants in the workshop will explore ways that recently published 
books for younger readers can prepare students for the Kelton House Underground 
Railroad Program and extend the students' experience when they return to 
school or home.
The workshop presenters are Mary Bennett, a "Reader" at the Kelton House 
Museum for the Underground Railroad Leaning Station and Carol Wolfenbarger, 
Ph.D., a docent at the Columbus Museum of Art
