[OPLINLIST] Room Rental Agreement

We are in need of updating our room rental agreement and need help.  Here is
our particular situation.  Our building is separate from the Library and we
charge rental for birthday parties, showers, etc.  We need to make sure all
angles are covered. 

If this is similar to yours and you would not mind sharing you agreement I
would appreciate it.
