[OPLINLIST] Policy on Tutors in Libraries

Does anyone have a policy for tutors using library facilities?
We have limited space due to the architecture of our building, have no
private rooms, and we are encountering a problem with more tutors using
our facility, leaving little available space for regular patrons.
