[OPLINLIST] Book on CD sleeves

Upper Sandusky was nice enough to send us plastic sleeves for Books on CD.
The two holes are separated on center exactly by 2".  We found them to be
just a tad too close together for us to use. I will send them onto
libraries on Cargo who respond.
