Beyond the Basics will focus on developments with eBook vendors and
publishers, digital content and circulation limits, and new eBook options on
the horizon.

This session will examine:

*	Obstacles faced by libraries via the vendors and publishers 
*	Recent decisions by publishers to limit content by circulation 
*	Why some publishers haven't participated 
*	What other options are appearing on the horizon 
*	Public's right to access digital content and the library's role as
the public's voice

Who Should Attend: Library staff interested in the future of publishing and
the larger issues eBooks have created.
