[OPLINLIST] LEAP Program w/OverDrive

Has anyone had (positive) experience working with the LEAP (Library eBook Accessibility Program) program through OverDrive for the print-impaired?  We have a patron in our system who has gone round trying to work with them (Bookshare) and given up.  I was hoping to get some feedback on how to promote and execute this for our patrons in a positive and effective manner.
