[OPLINLIST] Fines

At the Lima Public Library we block a card after acquiring $5.05 or more
in fines. They cannot check out anything, new or otherwise, until the
amount over $5.00 has been paid. We do allow them to continue to use the
internet computers regardless of what they owe.

Would like to inquire to the list concerning fines.  How much of a fine
do your patrons have

to acquire in order to stop them from checking out new material?
