[OPLINLIST] Outstanding Fines

I would like to know if any of you use collection agencies to help you
collect on outstanding fines.  We are in northwest Ohio, so those of you in
our area would be particularly helpful.  For what it's worth, we are not
part of SEO.  I would like to know the following:

 

1.       Who do you use?

2.       How does it work?

3.       Do you find it beneficial?

4.       Any remaining information you would like to share.
