The Ohio Library Support Staff Institute sees a future where all levels of
library staff are respected, trained, informed, and responsible in the
performance of their jobs as the roles of libraries alter to keep up with
the rapid pace of change in all environments. The Institute will work on
behalf of support staff in ALL libraries throughout Ohio and the surrounding
region to prepare, aid, and help them in addressing their needs and
issues as they continue to develop and contribute to the library community
at large.
