We charge 50 cents per scan. Our machine automatically converts the
document to a .PDF file and emails it.

Subject: [OPLINLIST] Fees for scanning?

All,

Does anyone charge for scanning documents? If so, how much and per what?
We will soon be buying an all-in-one scan/copy/fax and have not had scanning
capabilities in the past.
Thanks.
