[OPLINLIST] updated resource for personal legal forms?

Hello colleagues,

I'm trying to update our legal forms collection and would
appreciate suggestions. We mostly need personal legal forms
such as wills, durable power of attorney, etc., but we also
get requests for forms to lease real property and do other
basic landlord/tenant tasks like eviction notices.
