Dear Colleagues,

 

It is our pleasure to announce the 2011 Ohioana Book Award finalists. Attached you will find the basic press release that will go to all Ohio media, as well as a second document that give background material on each author and their work. Note, towns/cities and universities that the authors identify with are highlighted in yellow. Hopefully this will help you identify authors with local connections. 

 

Margaret Simon, the Public Relations Coordinator for the Shaker Heights Public Library, graciously again designed a three fold brochure and bookmark for us. You may use the brochure as you like (print on legal size paper). The bookmark (three to a sheet, 8 ½ x 11) is one-sided so that you may add your own library's logo and website on the back.  The brochure and bookmark are also attached.
