Please excuse multiple postings...

The State Library of Ohio is one of several states collaborating with
the Illinois State Library on a project to explore library staff
knowledge and use of new forms of participatory Web 2.0 technology.
Your answers to this very brief survey (8 questions) will assist the
project team in drafting a grant application to the Institute of Library
and Museum Services and will assist the State Library of Ohio in
developing continuing education opportunities.

The survey can be found at: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/W6SGM7V and
the deadline for responses has been extended until November 18, 2011.

Thank you in advance for your assistance with this project .

Katie
