Architectural Questionnaire for Public Libraries completed between July
1, 2010-June 30, 2011

Dear Librarians,

It is time for Library Journal to collect data for its annual December
Architectural issue of finished library projects. We are looking for new
builds and renovations/additions completed between July 1, 2010 and June
30, 2011 only. Be sure to fill in all information requested at
