[OPLINLIST] Participatory Technology Survey

Hello:

The State Library of Ohio is one of several states collaborating with
the Illinois State Library on a project to explore library staff
knowledge and use of new forms of participatory Web 2.0 technology.
Your answers to this very brief survey (8 questions) will assist the
project team as well as the State Library of Ohio in assessing and
developing continuing education offerings in this area.
