[OPLINLIST] Petitioner

[Susan Pieper, M.S.L.S.]

We have someone at our back entrance, on library property, asking folks to
sign a petition regarding a political issue. I know there was talk about
this recently. Can they do that on the property? Or, is this something my
Board has to pass policy on? Please advise asap. Thanks in advance!
