The State Library of Ohio is pleased to announce that the State Board of
Education of Ohio recently appointed Melissa (Missy) Hendon Deters to
the State Library Board

Executive Director of the Public Library and Cincinnati & Hamilton
County Foundation <http://foundation.cincinnatilibrary.org/> . She
previously served on the Library Foundation Board where she was actively
involved in fundraising and event planning. A lifelong resident of
Cincinnati, Missy has extensive professional and volunteer experience in
organizational operations such as marketing, finance and human
resources. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of
Cincinnati's College Conservatory of Music (Electronic Media).
