[OPLINLIST] Charge for ILLs Especially Those Not Picked Up

I am doing research on how many libraries currently charge patrons for ILLs especially ILLs that they request but do not pick up.  I saw a post from 2004 stating that 3 libraries responded that they charge anywhere from $1-$3 for an ILL that is not picked up.  I am wondering if this number has increased or not.  Please let me know your policies for ILLs.  Thanks
