Create and tell your library's story * Develop a compelling case for
support * Deliver effective presentations * Build and sustain
partnerships

Invest in your library's future by taking the FREE online Turning the
Page 2.0 <http://www.ala.org/pla/education/turningthepage> advocacy
training. You'll be led by professional facilitators who will help you
create a customized Advocacy Work Plan.

The next session begins with a free, optional program at the Public
Library Association 2012 Conference
<http://www.placonference.org/preconferences/9> on March 13, then
transitions into an online six-week course (week of March 19-week of
April 23) with weekly virtual classroom sessions and independent work,
totaling three hours/week.

Turning the Page 2.0 is open to any interested library staff member or
supporter, regardless of the library type. Consider building an advocacy
team with staff, trustees, Friends, and others--there is no limit to the
number of participants per library.
